Details & Fees

Vermont intensive

Vermont intensives held in my White River Junction office are $750 per 4-hour intensive or $1,500 per 8-hour day. Session meetings less than 4-consecutive hours are billed at regular fee (currently $180) per hour. There may be added fees associated with adding equine interactions or other outdoor therapeutic activities. You will be notified in advance of such fees.

Michigan or Washington intensive

The fee for Michigan and Washington based intensives is $2,000 per 8-hour day, with a minimum of 2-full days. My fee for travel time is $500 per travel day. In addition to the intensive fee and travel time, you will be responsible for covering my travel expenses to and from the agreed upon meeting location (flights, lodging, transportation and meals).

Location of your choosing

Fees will be contingent on the details of the chosen location and the requirements of travel; please contact our office and we can discuss the details and determine appropriate fees.

  • Listed fees do not include any of your travel expenses, including lodging, flights, meals, transportation, etc., which are solely your responsibility.
  • Intensives held in Michigan or Washington must be 2-full days or more.
  • Depending on the intensive location, it may be necessary to rent an Airbnb or similar meeting space for us to conduct our intensive, if this is required, client will be responsible for covering that fee. This space will be used for the psychotherapy intensive and not for client sleeping accommodation.
  • Intensive dates are reserved when intensive is fully paid. Dates will not be held without payment.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • Cancelling 14 days or less from intensive start date: 20% refund of intensive fee, less any credit card processing fees.
    • Cancelling 15-18 days from intensive start date: 60% refund of intensive fee, less any credit card processing fees.
    • Cancelling 29 days or more from intensive start date: 100% refund less $200 administrative fee, less any credit card processing fees.
    • Cancellation due to weather or illness: a credit in the amount currently paid will be available for client to use for future rescheduling of intensive.
